This is done by using pricking iron which makes it easier to produce straight line of stitches. These tools have a set of multiple teeth in a row.
Edges are painted using a special paint which helps the product last longer. Is also serves a decorative purpose

Our belts are hand stitched using waxed thread. The threads are closed with knots which prevents the thread from unravelling in case the thread is torn.
